PANDEMIC DISCOVERIES: "ESCAPISM"

When talking about being lonely, a man is still never lonely, whom a man talks to most of the time is himself. Almost he dwells in the past or in the future, thinking what had he done wrong and what should be corrected. What is that he is about to do in the coming time. He continuously talks to himself in mind, and a whole separate world is residing in his mind.

There are three persons in that world, one is the man himself, the second is who agrees to his words and the third one is naive yet shows authority like he is the boss. One goes through ups and downs in his life and sometimes it gets really hard for someone to absorb all the effects of those things. It starts to eat them up from inside, maybe it has been their fault what is eating them up or it may be the worry of the future. 


Just as a water bottle will burst if the quantity of water poured in it is more than its capacity, similar is the case with man, he needs to get these thoughts out somewhere and escape these thinking otherwise they will eat him up and he will be left all hollow from inside.

This pandemic has been stressful for many people. When you are surrounded by some people your energies flow and exchange while talking to them and spending time with your work, but when the mind gets away from such a habit, it is like you are on a highway with a broken car. You see all the way at your front but either you can walk slow or sit and wait for someone to get you there.

Such overthinking can lead you to depression and anxiety but where there are problems, there are solutions as well, man needs to escape this overthinking. This escapism can be in different forms, it may be a friend, a work you are interested in like playing video games, making videos, writing, reading or sketching. Mind has been trained so much to hustle that now when it has to rest and see no work around, it gets a bit anxious because of the absence of that habit. It will catch watch every memory and every thought which would create a storm inside you so that it starts thinking and pretend itself to be in a busy work. This creates more and more distress for the man, recalling all mistakes, and an atmosphere of worry is created.


Your mind needs a window to look outside, it has been fed on daily work too much that it needs something to focus on. You just need to take the first step that is fooling your mind to do the work you are interested so that it clings to it rather than going back in memory and questioning you for the solutions which do not matter now. 

This pivot can help you release all the anxiety in an exchange of energy and emotion, emotions too can be put in what you desire, you just have to win in that world inside your head. Escapism becomes necessary for someone who constantly can not stop thinking about a particular subject. The channeling of your focus to another dimension can lead to letting you heal yourself.

Worries will never benefit you, rather they will act as an anchor to you. It is best to let them go and the period for this letting go may not be the same for everyone since everyone has a different way of thinking and interests but do remember your interest can help you escape from on imaginary world somewhere you can be happy and feel at ease. 


" Nature, a pure healer "

If someone is finding it difficult to look for their escape place, then I would suggest them not to worry still, nature has been there for man ever since his birth. Just take a deep breath and go up to your roof and see how calm nature is even after every storm, the trees are where they were, the stars are there sparkling and the sky is leaning with them. Just feel the warmth of sunrise as nature turns night into day giving you a reminder that after every dark tunnel there is light and a beautiful destination waiting for you. Let nature be your healer. You will blossom as the flowers do in spring.
