VISION

Human eyes not only can capture what they see but can imagine what a human wills. To observe and then act is a very basic form of learning or trying out new things. We do not how to use a bow, we can watch a video, we do not know how to cook something, we may observe our mothers cooking or find it on internet and observe the whole process. The process is then saved in your memory and you can do the task by recalling it. It sounds wonderful, right! But this is viewing to learn then there is a view humans could do to do an already learnt goal. Does it not sound more interesting? Letting the clouds of visualization shower some energy in your veins to complete a task.

This visualization is different the observance I mentioned earlier. This visualization is about making yourself think before a a goal that you are achieving it it is the preparation of the most powerful muscle called brain. It is the practice you are going to put before you come face to face with a particular challenge. We see that mostly the astronauts practice daily for their survival in outer space, it is not just a physical task, it is the training for visualization. They are daily challenged by unknown circumstances which may occur to them in outer space and at that time they do not panic rather take a deep breath and deal with situation in a confident manner. They do so by visualizing all the situation at the very first step where they are at the centre of an emergency situation and they keep thinking and try to solve it in that very visualization.

 Athletes including swimmers,marathon racers, climbers all do the same exact thing  where they first  visualize and then keeping in mind a positive solution they react accordingly in that very situation. This is how going through a task is somewhat made easier, the fear to do anything for first time disappears because you have already dealt with that situation at the end of your mind. Your body may sweat and get tired with in few minutes but what would keep you going is the vision, the  power rests in your mind channeling all the other parts.



It is very similar to drawing a painting or a sketch where the painter/sketcher views the particular subject and then lays it down on paper. Your mind has this power of visualizing and showing you how situation might look tough and rough but at the same time releasing the antidote for that problem, a visualization for solution where you can just feel like you are already in that challenge. This two-things principle can be really helpful while dealing with anything new or courageous. Just visualize and then act.
